What is the land rate in Kiskinta Darkas Road, West Tambaram?
Q: Can any one advice me the land market value at Kiskinta Darkas Road, west tambaram. Also please advice me the land appreciation due to 400 feet Outer ring road project coming up. Your feedback will be highly useful to me.Srinivasan

The flats near Darkas Road are sold at a varying price between Rs 3500-4200. Land price will also appreciate within time as I heard Reliance has bought a nearby plot and is coming up with a big project. So just have patience for time being.
