Status for handing over
Q: I bought a flat at Swarnarag. Could anybody tell me about the status of the project? Wherever I call I am told that there is problem relating to electricity & now a new story that they are getting the Bengal Govt to construct an electricity sub-station within thier premise that will supply electricity to the whole of Madhyamgram. Could anybody verify these claims?

Latest Answer: In Swarnarag, the wooden work like doors and windows have been started. Floor tiles have been laid. I presume the possession date might extend till next year.
