I have 1BHK booked in Nov.2010..at VGN Platina
Q: I have 1BHK booked in Nov.2010, expecting it be delivered in another 6 months. A month back I have visited, work is in full swing. Expecting it to be a nice living space.

Latest Answer: 05/01/2013 - Status. Villas still not yet complete. No sign of road. STP half constructed. EB big problem. (Buy inventer to sleep... lol). VGN postponded handover to April 30 2013 (another eyewash). I will take mearly 2 months for sure. Phase 1 - 05/09/2013 - 2nd coat painting completed. Touchup will be done for interior works and slabs upon request. Pay your EMI and house rent for another 2-3 months....:p
