True Guys..Event I too faced this issue..I got a call recently and they also offered the same 12% simple interest p.a. on the monies paid or offering some discount on their new projects elsewhere. I am not sure if this is a fair deal but cant think of any other options. I am ready for the next steps together if we can take. I am not sure whether any legal action will do any miracles or make us wait for another few years.
