No it is not true.The construction may take another 2-3 years.

Ansals are misusing the simplicity of investors.They are diverting the money raised from the Lucknow investors to other projects. If the same trend goes on the project will never be completed. Further, majority of their area is under legal conflict with LDA for which they are in court. It appears that the majority of investment in Shushant Golf City has been made by the brokers to earn money.There are very few real buyers who are waiting for the project to be completed so that they may start using the residences.I do not see sizable occupation of the houses before the year 2018.

HI, it is still under construction. It was said that Oakwood Villas will be ready to occupy by January 2013..
I have visited the site and have found that no work has been started.I wonder if they will be able to handover the house even in the year 2015.

Have you booked flat in this project? What is the builder telling about completion? From how long it has been delayed?
I had booked one Oakwood villa in sector G in the year 2009 but till now I have not found any clues about the date of commencement of construction in sectorG.Even the construction in sector A has not been completed.

What is the reason for the delay in possession? As I was planning to book a flat in this project.
The construction pace of ansals is very slow even the quality of constructed houses is too poor. efforts needs to be made in the rectification of these problems.

Around 4 -5 mnths back they said that construction will start in July 2012 for sector G oakwood villa.....but it does not seem to be so

I booked an oakwood villa in sector G7 in the year 2008.After 5 years I am being told that they will be relocating my villa in some other sector.It means that Ansals are going to take another 3-4 years for the start of construction. Any one may please tell me what to do now?
