Please do let me know your offer. We can negotiate for the two plots.Current price is Rs.450-475 per Sq.Ft + Regn fee, Katha charges, Transfer charges...I suggest you vist the site if possible. I am in India till end of may 2012. I will be out of country from June for about 6 months.
