Would like to know the details.
Q: I am looking for a plot in prestige Glenmorgan layout. I would like to know the details like price per sq.ft, area, approvals, east/north facing, location etc.

That post is very old. Current asking rate is 2000+. Pl note that there is no drainage, water pipes and club house. Its just a piece of land. Hey Kiran, I heard that it is an excellent gated community and it is near to ITPL also. Prestige is one of the reputed builders in Bangalore. There is a 4800 sqft plot available for sale, north facing and will cost you around Rs 67.2lakhs. If you want to know more about the plot Click Here.
