Registration fees on an independent house near Champatet, Hyderabad.
Q: What would be the registration fees if I am buying an independent house near Champatet, Saroor Nagar, Hyderabad and also availing home loan. Do they calculate based on some percentage? Please advice.

Latest Answer: If it is on sale deed, will, gift deed, conveyance deed then you have to pay Rs 101 on each document. Rs 21 registration fees on General Power of Attorney / Special Power of Attorney.
