Club Membership
Q: Is the club membership to be paid every year or is it a one time fee? Also how much maintenance fee needs to be paid every month for a 1 BHK

Latest Answer: Hi Radhey, generally club membership fees is paid at once. It is one time fees. Maintenance fees is either paid half yearly or once in two years. Please speak with your management of the apartment for further details.
