Interested in buying a flat in Aditya celebrity homes.
Q: Planning to buy a 1445 sqft flat at Aditya celebrity homes. Can you help me know the progress of construction, reputation of builder and can a buyer trust them? Do they have all approvals in place?

I have recently booked an apartment in this project based on the reputation of the project. The project is good with all basic facilities.
Any advice that you can give me regarding buyer/seller agreement? Any avoidable T&C?
