As per Policy on Affordable Housing para 5(iii)(b) the Company is liable to pay interest @10% from 91st day to date of actual payment (not date on cheque). The Compnay has devised an affidavit (not prescribed under Policy) asking to forego interest. I have filed a Complaint to HUDA and DCTP. Choice is yours. My comments to replies
Hi Sanjeev, As per my knowledge, this Tulip lemon Affordable housing scheme has launched in 10th Jan 2015. But till now Haryana Development Authority has not declared the scheme draw date. Closing of registration for this scheme was 28th Feb 2015. The affordable housing scheme is dispatched under the name Tulip lemon Housing scheme and will be putting forth apartments at Sector 69 Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The plan will be putting forth flats of 2 BHK and 1 BHK . The Total number of flats under the plan is 740.
AS PER MY INFORMATION DRAW SHALL BE HELD IN JULY 2015

BUT DO THEY GOT EC? EVEN AFTER DRAW- SHOULD WE PAY BALANCE 20% IF ALLOTTED, WHAT ABOUT IF PROJECT NOT STARTED? ALSO I CAME TO KNOW LAND OWNED BY DIFFERENT CO AND PAYMENT ASKED IN DIFFERENT CO
Just see the fate of Tulip at Faridabad Sector 11 . Pending for 5 years.
