What is the future of Parsvnath Palacia?
Q: I am staying close to the Parsvnath Palacia site. After a day night dharna in 2010 by some of us at their Barakhamba Road office,we were assured of possession by March 2012 by Dr. Rajeev Jain, Director Parsvnath.Works commenced for few days and then stopped some where around Diwali 2010 and then never started again. It is very scary to see the ground reality-virtually no progress. Literally we are being cheated. I would also like to join the group for any action deemed appropriate. Siddharth.

Hi Siddharth, I would suggest make a group of other buyers worried with the same problem and file a case in the consumer court or try bringing the developer to limelght so that other buyers would not invest in such projects.

I think the work has stopped due to the land acquisition cases which were in news early this year against renowned developers in Noida. They have to pay heavy compensation to farmers whose land they have acquired.
Fortunately Parsvnath projects at Gr Noida (Priviledge as well as Palacia) are not affected.They never took off from the day one itself
