Prevailing rates in Mytri towers.
Q: Hi,I would like to know what is the prevailing rates in Mytri towers(Doraisanipalya) per-sqft now ? I have got an offer and before I consider that and go ahead with purchase, I wanted to know the rate. Kindly let me know. Thanks, Sundar.

I am not sure of the rates. The best way is to enquire a near by flat under construction and then based on that take a call. I understand that Bannerghatta Road the rates are quoted at 3200/- per sq ft for the flats near meenakshi templeI am not sure of the rates.
