I bought a plot there and cancelled it after 2 years. Horrible experience! Project not worth buying and builder is not trust worthy. Project is hugely delayed with no clear completion date in sight. No work has happened for last 6-8 months. Heard that builder is not paying the contractor. Even the buyers who have cancelled the plot are not getting the refund from the builder.
