Open Space Reservation, DABC Mithilam, Nolambur, Chennai
Q: What is open space reservation in Chennai? Is the DABC Mithilam property a 'Gated Community'? Or because of OSR requirements, would a public road run through the apartment?

Latest Answer: Open space Reservation is calculated on 10 percent of the plot area. Open Space is applicable only when the area of the plot exceeds 3,000 sq meter. The project is a "Gated Community".
