Q:
Sir, I have gone through your web site. It is nice. but I have certain queries. A few days back I sent my queries on behalf of my mother. But no reply till date. I am really interested in getting a row house - ground floor in Phase 2 of your Homes. What are the details and formalities? The exact price for purchase and the no of instalments? Initial payment amount and month? In case if we want to rent it out for some time, what are the conditions?Do you have one bed room house, If so its price? is this also the row house? I was informed by my brother at Coimbatore, that one bed room houses are also available. The monthly payments for maintenance? Can we cook ourselves? when we need? Please do reply for all the queries at the earliest for me to get clarified before deciding. for purchase.Kind regardsS.Nagalakshmi
Hello Parvathi, If you people are not using your flat you can definitely give it for rent. The price of an apartments in Nana Nani Home will cost around Rs 50lakhs approx. If you are buying a row house in Nana Nani Homes you can cook ourselves. For monthly instalments and formalities you can take advice from your legal expert, the legal person will guide you in the right way.
Buyers of Nana Nani beware! I am one of the most unfortunate buyers of phase 1 where the assesment of my villa bought 3 years ago still not done. There has been so many violations in the constructions agreement. When we approach proper redressel of our grievances the builder shows his arrogance of asking us to sell back and get lost! We have no solutions yet and we are all worried about our future.

Hi there, yeah I have heard of this project. In fact I was considering buying a villa under this project few months ago, so I have quite a bit of information regarding it. The villas are all 2 or 3bhk, and they are spacious and well-ventilated. So they are ideal for small or medium sized families. I think that this will be a good option for you if you have a small and compact family of around 3 or 4 members. I couldn’t go for it because there are 6 members in my family, and I felt it wouldn’t be big enough.
