Enquiry about Kanthi's Residency Project Quality
Q: Hello, I am looking forward to buy a flat in "Kanthis Dreams", to be come up near Kanthi's Residency, built by the same builder balakrishna. I would like to know about the construction and whether its worth moving forward with his new flat? Regards, Sunil

My comments to replies
Quality wise - 3rd grade. But can be purchased as the cost is affordable. Check out all the documents with your lawyer/legal advisor, dont depend on the builder's lawyer and the bank. Spend considerable time to verify the documents, sanctioned plan(even try to get a approved plan from BBMP) & verify the same with what the builder has provided you.
I am also planning to buy one flat there but from a person i got to know who has already booked flat there that he is facing lot of issue to get all documents.
