Supplies contaminated water to inhabitants, very harmful for health.
Q: Having stayed in the apartment for 2 years I have gained this experience. Water is felt sticky to hands, children often fall sick and elders always have complains of gastritis, dizziness. Overhead Tanks are never cleaned.
