Current rate for 2bhk.
Q: What is current rate for 2bhk as on 1st Jan 2012 at Sea Queen Excellency, Nerul Navi Mumbai?

Hey Sachin, I was also searching for the rates and went through CF. I found the rates for 2bhk with an area of 1150-1275 Sq.Ft. is ranging from 80.5 Lakhs-89.25 Lakhs approximately.
I don't think so... in July 2011, the rate was 8000 per sq feet. Floor rise, development, parking charges extra...
