Customers left dry by Lodha Builders over the Lodha Excellencia Project, Thane
Q: Lodha has decided to suspend construction of Lodha Excellencia, Thane and are smartly calling individual buyers to their office and offering them 12% simple interest p.a. on the monies paid or offering some discount on their new projects elsewhere.They have cheated people of their hard-earned money and offering peanuts now. Can someone take legal action against such errant reputed builders???

True Guys..Event I too faced this issue..I got a call recently and they also offered the same 12% simple interest p.a. on the monies paid or offering some discount on their new projects elsewhere. I am not sure if this is a fair deal but cant think of any other options. I am ready for the next steps together if we can take. I am not sure whether any legal action will do any miracles or make us wait for another few years. My email address is mailsureshn@gmail.com
yes lets be a team and then look at a solution as what we r being offered is dream shattering -lets do something as i am sure the project has got delayed and not scrapped as why else in the cancellation deed which they want us to sign mention as if we want to sell the flat and its not they who r seeking cancellation
