Q: hi, does anyone know when the approval for oberon is likely? I did not get a definite reply from Confident folks.
Latest Answer: I almost bought a plot through Confident in the Oberon project but my lawyers advised me against it because their title documentation is not clear for survey 5/2. The 6/2 survey seems to be ok but I highly recommend that you get your lawyers to review the title documentation thoroughly. It is shocking that such a big builder does not have clear title documentation.

Q: Need info on Zonaksha retreat, near Whitefield, a residential gated community project. I have been quoted Rs 3000 per sqft for phase II E. facing plot in Zonaksha Retreat, All the ads I have seen so far till Jan 1st week were for Rs 2700, So would like to know whether anyone in this forum recently bought a plot in Phase II of zonaksha retreat? If so, please let me know what rate since it will help me negotiate.. I feel that Rs 3000 seems too steep for me… I am a newbie and am not sure whether negotiating would help, since the builder says that there are only very few plots left and I need to decide quickly. regards sandy
Latest Answer: Yeah you are right Rs 3000 per sqft is quite very high. As very few plots are available give a try by negotiating with the builder.

Q: I got a quote for a plot in antila phase 6 1500 Sq ft, at a rate of 2090 Rs/sqft from Confident marketing guy. This looks too high to me, considering the prevailing rates in Atria etc and with Antila Six plots not at all developed. Can someone comment what would be a reasonable price in Antila Six for a 1500 Sq ft plot?
