I am planning to buy villa.
Q: Hi, I am planning to book either a villa in Parkvilla/Passiflora or a 3 bhk in Peninsula Pinnacles. Please let me know if any issues with the builder. (Query resolution, Timeliness, Quality, Amenities, Maintainability, etc).

Latest Answer: Hi all , I have already taken a villa at Park Ville. My simple suggestion to all is, please dont take any villas from penisula builders. The construction is so pathetic and you can see no planning at all for any work they are doing. Tiles are not properly fit, doors, windows etc. if you ask me, i have thousands of complaints. Leave that, the management is the worst part. No support or cordination from them.
