Flat for rent.

Conveniently located,4 kms from Siruseri IT park, close to Chettinad hospitals, Kelambakkam market etc. for rent.

May I know how much is the rent for the flat.
18,000rs per month..after 1st April 2012, we may have to start giving Maintenance allowance..it is yet to be decided...it may be 3,000rs.. it can be shared as per the exigencies then.. may be 50/50..
