Has the builder paid betterment charges, and do all apartments have A Khata
Q: Planning to buy a apanrtment as part of resale, wanted to know if bettermnet charges have been paid to BBMP by sobha and if all the owners have received there Khata and if it is A khata

My comments to replies
It is a completed project and the project is known to be approved by BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, KSPCB, BSNL, Electrical Inspectorate and BMRDA. You can talk with the person from whom you are buying an apartment whether he/she has got A Khata or not
Thank You, is there a way of identifying Khata to be A or B within the Khata document
