After having started well, the Project has gone in a limbo. There has been no work in Wings A,B & C for the last 6-8 months. They are now concentrating only on D,E & F wings. Promising possession Next Month for the last 8 months.

I was looking for an apartment in Karjat Mumbai, so I went to the site to have a look on the project and I found that the builder was concentrating only on those three wings. When did you visit the project last? Did you book any flat there?
I have already booked a flat in June 2008, and was promised possession by Dec 2009. It started well, but somehow looks like they are now diverting funds to new projects announced by Balsam developers. I have emailed them my concern, but have not heard from them for a week now. Whta rate is the devloper now quoting. He mentioned Rs. 3,000 psf to me when I last spoke.
