Delay in possession.
Q: I have booked a flat in HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The builders promised me to deliver the flat in December 2011. Why there is a delay in possession?

Latest Answer: Hi all, It is true that in January 2014, some buyers of this project gathered outside the head office of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited (HDIL) in Bandra East to protest against the real estate company’s inability to give them possession of flats in the HDIL Premiere Residence.
