Want to buy 2BHK flat in Pune.
Q: Please suggest a good budgeted project in Pune preferably Hadapasar,Wanowrie area. My Budget is 26Lakhs because I am currently eligible for 20 lakhs Loan only. 2 yrs old resale project will also do.

Hey Vishal, you can check out Venkatesh Sankul, Pune where 2bhk will cost you around 22lakhs and even Dreams Estate, Pune where 2bhk costs around 28lakhs.
thanks...but Venkatesh sankul is in manjari...please if could suggest more projects nearby gadital...projects by good local builders if u know will also do.
