They are quoting 5k/sq ft in ValenciaThey are quoting 5k/sq ft in Valencia
yes its high, but considering the ones near the highway on the same road are quoting 6k, and the road which leads inside is well build and maintained as well. I think its negotiable but I am looking for more options as of now.
