Phase II lauch delayed with very bad response from builder
Q: Hi Owners, We have blocked a flat in Phase II way back in Nov '11 for which builder has assured to lauch in Dec '11. Till today they are just dragging and giving reason as approval delay. Could you pls let us know if this buidler is reliable or do we need to have a second thought. Would also appreciate if you can tell us if the builder completed the construction as per the timelines assured for Phase I and the quality of the construciton.

Latest Answer: I was planning to buy an apartment in this project but after reading this thread I think I should drop my plan. :( :(
