Reduction in Preperty Tax.
Q: Please help me out for the review of my property tax, which I have already paid in partialy. Can we approach collectively to the authority?

Hello Jacob, You can do one thing, you can collect all the previous details of the flat owners who have already paid partially. After that go to the Kochi Revenue Office and discuss with the concern person.
hi Nitin, Since I am out of Kerala, I could not coordinate all this in time, I think property tax should uniformly charged according the carpet area

Thanks for the reply, sice I am out of Kerala, getting all details and persuing this matter is diffcult, so better to approch the authority directly, I was expecting a common approach form our forum
