Is it worth to invest in Emerald Valley from Veracity Landmark Developers?
Q: I wanted to invest in a land for future returns. I found a project "Emerald Valley" from Veracity Landmark Developers in tamhini ghat. Is it worth to invest in this project? does anybody invested or known of any facts about this project? I heard that there are some legal issues in various lands in tamhini ghat area.

Latest Answer: if u see the rates in the nearby area.... they have already rocketed.... gold valley konkan is one such project... it's price is almost twice that of emerald valley... so this emerald valley project has lot of scope for appreciation.... just wait for 3 - 5 years
