The court stated that, “The farmers will be compensated with the restoration of their land subject to the return of any compensation they have already received”. Q: What would be scope of investment in Noida Sector 18 after the the spate of commercial projects coming in here the like of Wave one, Wave 1st Silver Tower, malls etc.

Noida is considered to be a good area for real estate investments. As far as the Noida Sector 18 area is concerned, the prices in the area would slowly appreciate because of the adjoining commercial developments. Investment in this area can prove to be beneficial.
