Q: I was interested in buying out a flat in phase2. I went thru a list of earlier complaints and issues agains the sterling builders. I have few questions. 1. Is there any pending litigations of sterling shalom with adjoining properties? 2. How is the quality of sterling deelopers? 3. Do you recommend buying in phase 2?

My replies to this discussion
No, It was not due to litigation. The problem was the back side building (some company) is reconstructing their campus, so they requested Sterling to allow them to break one of the compund wall for some time and promised to reconstruct the wall, once their reconstruction is over. No, It was not due to litigation.
