I was comparing the ND passion project in Harlur with SJR Trillium. As both comes in my budget, But not sure about the reputation of ND developers. can any one give some feed back about the ND passion project. and comparison of ND passion with SJR Trillium. Many schools are there in and around Electronic city. You can try out for schools like Sorsfort International School, Treamis World School, Brookfield High School, Ebenezer International School & Junior College andPodar International School.

ND passion is a project by ND developers pvt. ltd which is a trustworthy name. The project is approved by BBMP, BIAAPA, BDA, B.M.R.D.A, BESCOM etc. the project is in HSR layout offering 2bhk and 3 bhk. ND Passion provides all modern amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and the flats are vastu compliant. What I feel the projects by ND developers are well designed, well located and well designed. SJR Trillium is an upcoming project by SJR Group with facilities like gymnasium, club house etc. SJR Group is one of the dedicated and established real estate developers in Bangalore. But one thing that I heard about SJR group is that they delay in handing over the projects.
Thanks to give a clear picture about the ND passion. Obviously SJR trillium is in initial stage. Ok than i think the price ND passion is quoting is justified in that area as it is next to Purva Skywood and Shobha cinaman... so the area may come up soonner comapraring to SJR Trillium. I like abt SJR trillium is its G+4. Some how i dont like high rises, but thats my personal choice...

I booked a flat in trillium and now at the time of agreement builder is saying that my flat has been taken by landowner in his share. What should I do? Builder is saying you can choose from other open flats.
I got another flat .. and thank god.. I got the better one.. though I have to opt for the bigger one from the previous but it's ok..
Good to know that you have got your option. i have also booked one there. Did you completed the agreement? What flat options you booked? When i booked they were showing only one option for 3.BHK. Now in their website they have 3 options of 3 BHK. and one balcony entries are desiged as dorrs in the plan.. But the sales person is telling it will be french windows. I am meeting sales guys from HDFC, LIC and SBI now a days to deiced about the home loan for the SJR trilium. I found LIC's intrest rate are lowest. But not sure their approval time and other services. Can any one give a clear comparison on these 3 banks mentioned above .
HDFC may have lots of hidden charges.
LIC have an approval time of 2 weeks.
SBI also will only the same time, because SJR Trillium is approved by them. I have enquired with Corporation Bank as well. The interest rate is 10.8%.

I have met a LIC guy refered by SJR people.. i found they are the min ROI comparing other banks. But found some reviews in net that they delay a lot... Let me do lil bit more research.
