Q: As per the messages, the price per sq.ft is 3000 and not 3200 as mentioned. What is the correct price?

Hi KP, I went through a great frustrated deal, they sold me the unit in Tower 22 stating it will be handed over on Aug 2012, but the tower even doesn't exist. When is the handing over of flats likely to take place?
Q: Earlier handing over of flats was slated for December 11. Is this shedule is valid as of today?
