Q: Hello all, What is the current rate that is going in Upkar spring fields.

i bought site in Upkar Spring Field recently, after negotiation the final price is 1375/sqft
Hi Devaraj, May I know the dimensions of the plot you purchased? Is the rate per sqft is same for all dimensions? Also, will SBI funds this? Prasanna, Bangalore
