Home Loan for Amrapali Hanging Gardens.
Q: Hello, Is Amrapali Hanging Gardens project is really approved by LIC housing finance? Regards, Santosh.

@ Santosh Yes, Amrapali Hanging Gardens, Sector 107 is approved home loan by LIC Housing Finance Ltd buy apart from this HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, DHFL also provided home loan for this project.
Thanks Ruchi. But I enquired with LIC and Axis banks, and they said the project has not yet approved by them. So it is not bankable at the moment. I am not sure whether to go for this property or not, as if the project takes longer for bank approval, it will be hard for me to provide another 40% in next 45 days of booking. Please advise.
