Hi, i plan to pick up a flat in the Grande wing of Casa Royale. Can some of you give me your experience with Lodha. I noticed they have some issues with payments and communications. Also saw issues with interest payments on pending payments. Do you suggest picking up a flat here? Does this builder deliver what he promises? A lot of hardearned money at stake so would appreciate a response. Thanks in advance
Yes, all your queries are true in that case. I personally faced. I think kalpataru, raheja are really genuine and professional. Dont just go for the big talks and name of Lodha, the management and the marketing team are real thugs...unprofessional....chindi chor hain. Stay away.
