Q: I have heard like the Shivashree Gardens Block I is incomplete and the builder has shown deficiency in services, no sanitary and water connection, lot of pending works. How far this is true?

I suggest you to visit the site and then decide; by the way RR nagar is a good residential locality. I suggest you to visit the site and then decide; by the way RR nagar is a good residential locality.
I was not very impressed with the visit, there is a large pool of drainage water open near the block when talked to the workers found that they are pumped from a sump meant for drinking water storage in the cellar and now water connection has not yet come using that water sump as a drainage water storage, had a close look found no proper drainage system on the cellar, water used by workers for washing stored in that sump and they are pumped outside, a pool of drainage pose a danger for dengue and malaria. Have seen signs of drainage line lay by BBMP but seems like from the Block I & II they are not connected. Since I was very much health conscious, outside environment itself horrified me and also from the dialogues I had with people around there understood the builder is progressing very slow and showing deficiency in services. So came back without any decision.I was not very impressed with the visit, there is a large pool of drainage water open near the block when talked to the workers found that they are pumped from a sump meant for drinking water storage in the cellar and now water connection has not yet come using that water sump as a drainage water storage, had a close look found no proper drainage system on the cellar, water used by workers for washing stored in that sump and they are pumped outside, a pool of drainage pose a danger for dengue and malaria.
