Current valution of a flat is less than agreement value.
Q: I bought a new flat in Panvel and registred also, now I found that the area mentioned in agreement is less then what I actually bought, so what is done to do correction in agreement I think is mentioned wrongly by the builder also.

Latest Answer: Hello Aria, I would like to advice you to talk with our legal expert and do the rectification about the area mentioned. There may be some reason why the builder has reduced the current value of the flat.
