Skyline Exaltus - Project Approval status
Q: I had booked an apartment in this project in April-2012. I wanted to know if anyone had taken bank loan, if so from which bank. Also from one of forum, I got to know this project was named "Orange County" before five years, but the project was stopped due to some reasons ? Any information why the project was stopped earlier.

You are correct. It was originally named as Orange County and now they are calling as Exaltus. I have requtested the appropriate approval papers for the new project and yet to receive.

Latest update is that they got from LIC but i am not really keen on that. Looking for SBI. I am still waiting.
