Are their lands in Palm Retreat clean from all litigation... ? I was exploring the options to buy an apartment here. But, I found a lot of information from the internet that they are encroaching the land in and around Bangalore illegally. Some of the lands are already in dispute in Palm Retreat. One of the construction in their property (supposed to for Sanghreela Hotel) is already dispute and the work is stalled over 4 years in this campus. And also I found another video that they have encroached a land illegally from a group of people near this project...so not sure if their lands are clean and the buyers are in safe hand after they spend all their money.
