Q: Dear All, I would like to buy a property in Kalpataru Aura, need your advise whether you all are satisfied with flat you own and what about the builder? What should I negotiate with the builder or get clarification from the builder prior to booking. Your advise would be precious. Please email your guidance. Thanks in advance.
