IS Registration charges Increasing in Bangalore ?
Q: Hi, I came to know 4m my builder that registration charges are going to increase in recent future in bangalore,he asked me to register it soon. so is there any news like this? Pls share if anybody is having any input on this. i purchased a property in Hosa road.so should i go ahead to register it immediately ?

Isn' t it dependant on the construction cost? I was advised the following: Stamp Duty - 5% Registration - 1% Hence, if the per sqft rates increase, so will your registration & stamp duty costs.
