Q: Me too booked an apartment in this project. Did you Guys visited the site and do you think the project will get completed on March 2012. If you are not let us meet the MD and ask for a plan , Please reply.

Hi, I have purchased on April2011, I am quite sure thy will handover the flat for wood work on April 1st week. They have already started plastering. I agree that project is progressing slow, but he is concentrating on outside elements too unlike some other builders. We can see full concrete slab on all the three corners of the building which is a good thought. I have not seen many owners coming to site and checking for progress. If any mistakes made on flat construction we can ask them to correct, (I have done this when the grill fitted on my balcony was not straight, same with one of the door frames) Nice to see Manha guys on this forum. Hello, we are planning to buy an apartment in Manha. Pleased to see the connectivity with main roads and floor plans which this apartment offers. Can you guys give details about hows the project execution going on? Thanks to Upen for your valuable comment given above. Whats the negotiable price/sqft that can be offred? r. As per Manha project is concerned there seems no leagal issue or deviation observed. Nice to here Manha is getting too many ppl's interests. There seems to be no issues with the builder as such, but with his previous project i.e Elegance there is a minor legal issue, though most of the flats are sold in that project. As per my opinion, manha is a good option if your work location is on hosur road/electronic city or even Sarjapur road. This area is clean without any slum around and has harlur main road in front of its main gate. Upen
