Please provide feedback on SVS Developers, Bangalore.
Q: Their track record on quality of construction, quality of material, adherence to timelines, providing all necessary clearances for the apt such as A/B Katha, clean land records, experience dealing with them, etc. Please provide feedback on SVS Developers, Bangalore and their project Krishna IKON or other projects completed in Bangalore?

My comments to replies
I bought a flat in Krishna Ikon Apartment last November. The location is good , in the middle of the city.. but the surrounding area is bit slum type. You can observe their old built apartment which is 10 year old just next to the new project. I am bit concerned about the water as there is no kaveri connection. but the builder promised 11 operational bores . Personally i feel , if its built completely on schedule , it will fetch a good return on investment . More reviews and information on Krishna Ikon is highly appreciated !!!!
