Thasil dar says after afidavit they will provide certicate, which will make u to get more fsi.
Q: If a person founds excess land ( after sale of his 80% land in 6 to 7 parts purchased in 1960's - with four sided boundry) then patta. 1) on what fsi is given by cmda. 2) on road widning aquisation when authority can aquire that excess land freely. 3) if thasildahar gives patta with affidavite , is it valied.
