Divya Jyothi - Construction.
Q: Hi - could you please let me know if this project has any legal complaince. have they issued the occupancy certificate and katha. what is the approx price / sqft. Are the lifts functioning or any other issues is constructions? Also does any know the contact of the resident association

Occupancy certificate is a document issued by a local government agency indicating it to be in a condition suitable for occupancy. The purpose of obtaining a certificate of occupancy is to prove that the building or a house is in livable condition. So the project is still ongoing after completion of the construction only they are going to get the certificate.
OC is given to the customers at the time of registration. did u check with the developers when they are issuing it.
