In Osian Chlorophyll Porur Chennai west, apparently, the builder is trying to resell already allotted flats on the pretext of delayed payments. Customers are saying that since the project is delayed it should be completed first for pending payments to happen. How can one avoid legal issues later?

Dont beleive in any of the offers by any builder . There are always hidden things.
