Opal akshaya villament
Q: Hi all. Iam planning to buy a villa and I found opal Akshaya in Bannerghatta road as suitable. Has anyone bought a project there. How is the reputation of the builder. Does he have all legal thing proper. I could not find any review about this property online and hence any feedback about it would be greatly appreciated. -Shobhana

Hi Shobhana, the project seems good. The layout has been approved by BBMP. It is near to Hiranandani Upscale, DLF-new town, opposite to Jahnavi Sheltors.
